Metro, Portland Business Alliance, the Port of Portland, Oregon Department of Transportation and other public and private sector partners commissioned a study by the Economic Development Research Group of Boston, Mass. to provide information about the relationship between investments in transportation and the economy. The results of the study should be used as a guide for discussions about planning for, and investing in, the region’s transportation system.
