Biking is healthy, for you, and the planet. A short, four-mile round trip by bicycle keeps about 15 pounds of pollutants out of the air we breathe.

• Bike There! Metro's popular bike route map
  The 25th anniversary edition of the Bike There! map, updated in 2007, is available to purchase online, by phone and at area retail outlets.

  A guide to bike lanes, off-street paths, and roadways in Milwaukie is available to download
• Portland cycling maps
  Citywide and neighborhood maps are available to download or order
• Vancouver, WA bike map
  Maps of downtown Vancouver and Clark Co. trails are available to download
• Washington County bike map
